Engraved black clay et copper leaves
Zennor wall lights are made of engraved black stoneware and beige stoneware colored with oxide and surrounded by a circle of copper leaves.
Zennor is the name of a remote village in Cornwall, perched overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Between rocks, wind, and light.

Beyond its function, lighting is a plural, visual and tangible medium for expressing materiality. The light source reveals the textures of the ceramic by highlighting them in relief and in colour. Or it is switched off and the object becomes sculptural. It is then the form that is revealed against the light.
